A rework and restoration of thirteen apartments that form a classic art deco building in Bondi. New works for this Class 2 building include individual entrance lobbies with terrazzo inlays and reconfigured spaces detailed to pay homage to deco through mosaics and trim. Our scope also involves the coordination of services new/old and façade works to bring the building back to life
